Position Overview:

PG Sealing Technologies is seeking a dynamic Logistics Coordinator & Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. The role involves managing logistics operations and ensuring accurate and efficient data entry to support business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics activities, including scheduling and tracking shipments.
• Maintain and update logistics records in the company database.
• Communicate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks related to inventory, orders, and shipment details.
• Monitor and resolve any logistical or data discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support to the logistics department.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in logistics operations (Freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply).
• Skills:
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software or ERP systems (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
