Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator with a strong background in marine transportation and door-to-door shipments to join our team. This role will be essential in ensuring the efficient coordination and management of logistics operations for ADNOC projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee marine transportation logistics, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods.
• Coordinate door-to-door shipments and ensure compliance with CICPA regulations.
• Liaise with various stakeholders, including suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Manage documentation and reporting related to shipments and logistics activities.
• Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide support in resolving any logistical issues that may arise during the transportation process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, particularly within the marine transportation sector.
• Familiarity with door-to-door shipping processes and CICPA regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  Salary Range: AED 10,000
