Logistics Coordinator Full Time

Silver Line Gate Foodstuff Trading LLC is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including shipment planning, transportation, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor and update shipment tracking systems to provide real-time updates.
• Prepare and review documentation related to shipments, including invoices and customs forms.
• Resolve any logistical challenges or discrepancies promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and logistics management software.
• Knowledge of UAE import/export regulations is a plus.
