The Opportunity

• Online customs inspection booking and exit document preparation for Free Zone shipments.






• Timely customs document submissions to be done as per the regulation to avoid any penalty.
• Timely submission of Exit documents through Dubai trade portal and physical submission.
• Ensure quick booking is registered with the expected cargo ready date and other details.
• Procuring rates from various airlines by emails, Calogi and Airline online portal.
• Quoting the rates to overseas Toll offices and agents

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Very good verbal communication skills and past customer service experience are required, as work includes extensive phone contact with carriers and other parties concerning the export process.
• Knowledge of Cargo Wise
• Provide excellent and timely customer service, under the direct supervision and advice of the department Team Leader or Manager, by informing clients of the status of shipments and referring clients to a higher-level authority when questions are beyond scope of responsibility.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, such as the Code of Conduct, assigned work schedules, and attendance requirement
• Hardworking and committed.
• Adhere to all domestic and international shipping regulations.
