Logistic Executive Full Time

Position Summary:
As a Logistic Executive, you will oversee and manage the logistics functions within the company, ensuring the smooth and timely transportation and delivery of goods. This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any logistical issues.
• Maintain and update shipping schedules and provide status reports.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Manage documentation related to shipping, customs, and other regulatory requirements.
• Optimize and improve logistics processes to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing logistics-related queries.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain roles (2-4 years).
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and transportation management.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of UAE logistics and import/export regulations is an advantage.
