Laundry Attendant Full Time

Position Summary:

As a Laundry Attendant at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal, you play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include performing various housekeeping tasks to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel. By ensuring that laundry services meet the highest standards, you contribute to the overall guest satisfaction and uphold the brand’s commitment to excellence.




Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain laundry equipment to wash, dry, and press linens, garments, and guest items.
• Sort, fold, and organize clean laundry while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Deliver clean linens and garments to guest rooms and other areas as requested.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and sanitary laundry area.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure special instructions are followed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet operational needs.
• Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry operations is a plus.
• Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with clear and courteous communication skills.
