Position Summary:
The Junior Sous Chef at Fish Beach & Taverna is responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, preparing ingredients, and maintaining the high standards of culinary quality at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi. This role includes preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to set recipes and standards.
