Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing sales activities, including documentation, contracts, and client communication.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Prepare and process sales-related paperwork, including contracts and invoices.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track project progress and ensure smooth customer service.
• Provide administrative support for the sales department and assist in daily operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales and service.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Administration within Dubai’s Real Estate Development sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s Real Estate market and sales processes is a plus.
