Junior Accountant Full Time
Elegance Transport by Luxury Motor L.L.C is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in financial record-keeping, bookkeeping, and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting regulations. This role is best suited for detail-oriented professionals who are eager to grow in the field of accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, data entry, and financial record-keeping.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations and support in financial reporting.
- Work with Zoho Books for bookkeeping and financial management.
- Assist in VAT filing and compliance with UAE tax regulations.
- Support senior accountants in audits and monthly financial closing.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of accounting experience.
- Experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of UAE accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Females preferred.
