Junior Accountant Full Time NEW

ALSHAHEEN Specialized Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Abu Dhabi office. This is a full-time role, ideal for individuals with a background in accounting and finance, preferably within the FM (Facility Management) or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in financial reporting and budget preparation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile bank statements.
• Support the finance team with various accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably in the FM or construction industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting, finance, and bookkeeping principles.
  • Knowledge of financial practices and principles.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Certifications: Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus.
