Job Overview:
Awalem Media is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team and support our financial operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with experience in financial record-keeping and transaction management. Candidates should have proficiency in Zoho Books and a strong grasp of accounting fundamentals.
Employment Type: Full-Time (9 hours) / Part-Time (6 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Record daily transactions with attention to detail.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Support tax preparation and compliance activities.
- Process payroll efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare invoices and quotations as needed.
- Oversee petty cash management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Experience: Familiarity with Zoho Books is preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
