Junior Account Assistant Full Time

Overview:
A reputable semi-government company in Sharjah is seeking a motivated Junior Account Assistant to join their finance team. This role is ideal for individuals with foundational accounting knowledge who are looking to develop their skills within a supportive, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and ledger management.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and reconcile accounts.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to manage financial information and assist in budgeting activities.
• Provide general support to the finance team and help with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of accounting software.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
