JR. Quality Controller Full Time

Position Overview:

Emirates National Food (ENF) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Quality Controller to ensure high standards of food safety and quality in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting audit procedures, maintaining compliance with food safety standards, and enhancing overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and other food safety certifications.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of audit procedures.
• Support in implementing food safety standards and maintaining necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to quality control activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related discipline.
• Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing sector (poultry preferred).
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or other food safety certifications.
  • Familiarity with supporting audit procedures.
  • Proficient in computer applications and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
