IT Support Technician Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support for computer updates, ensuring systems are functioning effectively.
  
  
  
• Address and troubleshoot IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Manage and resolve all printer-related concerns across the organization.
• Maintain and update an inventory of IT equipment and instruments.
• Ensure firewalls and antivirus applications on all company PCs are up to date and functioning optimally.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for the maintenance of IT equipment and software as needed, following management approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of network security, including firewalls and antivirus systems.
• Ability to maintain and manage IT inventories.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Package Details:

• Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 (based on experience).
• Visa Status: Priority given to candidates on visit visas or with canceled visas.
