IT Support Executives Full Time

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in IT support roles

• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and ERP-related issues

• Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 is a must

• Background in retail or similar business IT support is an advantage

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic settings

• Willingness to work flexible shifts as per business needs

• Valid UAE driving license holders will be given preference

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues

• Support and maintain ERP systems (Dynamics AX/D365), ensuring smooth business operations

• Coordinate with vendors for IT infrastructure and service-related needs

• Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference

• Assist in IT equipment setup, configuration, and maintenance across multiple locations

• Ensure data integrity and security compliance

• Respond promptly to service requests and maintain high levels of user satisfaction
