IT Support Engineer Full Time NEW

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role is critical in ensuring our IT systems operate seamlessly, enabling us to deliver exceptional services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues for staff, both onsite and remotely.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Monitor and manage system performance, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Maintain network security and ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
• Respond promptly to IT service requests and maintain a log of all incidents and resolutions.
• Collaborate with vendors for purchasing and maintaining IT assets.
• Support the integration and implementation of new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Educate staff on IT best practices and provide training on new systems or tools.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and problem-solving steps for reference.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and networking systems.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are an advantage.
