IT Support Engineer Full Time

Position Summary:

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support to ensure smooth IT operations across our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in healthcare IT systems, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely technical support to healthcare staff, ensuring uninterrupted operations within the hospital environment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and monitor IT systems and infrastructure, including patient management systems, medical devices, and general IT equipment.
• Assist with the implementation and support of healthcare-specific applications and ensure alignment with healthcare IT standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to address IT requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare IT data privacy, security protocols, and relevant regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Healthcare IT experience is mandatory to ensure understanding of industry-specific software and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing end-user support, with knowledge of Windows, network systems, and healthcare applications.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with data protection and healthcare compliance standards.
