Job Overview:

4. Install and configure new equipment, ensuring all systems are operational.
5. Ensure data security and implement backup processes to protect company information.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role (3-5 years).
• Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Experience with network management and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of data security and backup processes.
