IT Coordinator Full Time

Job Description

As an IT Coordinator at Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure of our luxury property. Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily IT Operations: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s IT systems.
• System Installation & Configuration: Set up, configure, and deploy computer hardware and software systems.
• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Connectivity Support: Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and network-related challenges.
• Access Management: Assign rights and access to IT systems, ensuring secure and appropriate use of resources.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in computer systems, networks, and IT troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Previous experience in IT support or coordination is preferred.
