About the Role

As an IT Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless guest experiences by managing hospitality applications and providing technical support. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting front-of-house systems to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, install, and configure hospitality applications to align with business needs.

• Provide technical maintenance and support to ensure application reliability.

• Develop reports, workflows, and system enhancements to maximize business ROI.

• Offer second-level application support and liaise with vendors for escalations.

• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and system issues to minimize downtime.

• Ensure smooth integration between hospitality applications and other business systems.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or university degree in Computer Systems or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in handling hospitality IT applications.

• Expertise in hospitality application implementation and project management.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts in non-technical language.
