Job Description:
We are looking for a tech-savvy IT Assistant (Filipino Nationality)to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 (Negotiable)
Age: Up to 30 years old
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems efficiently.
Assist in system updates, installations, and maintenance.
Ensure data security, backups, and system integrity.
Support end-users with IT-related queries and training.
Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
Requirements:
IT-related background or relevant experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of network configurations and system security.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
