Information Technology Coordinator Full Time

Summary

The IT Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring that all IT systems and equipment are running smoothly. This role will involve coordinating IT projects, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting the hotel with hardware and software needs, and ensuring our IT environment’s proper maintenance and security.




Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in IT support, coordination, or administration, ideally 2+ years in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices

Familiarity with network administration, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and common business software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.

Knowledge of audio-visual technologies and systems is a plus.
