Income Auditor Full Time

What you’ll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• To produce accurate revenue and statistical information reports for management use on daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.






• To perform daily revenue reconciliation activities in line with departmental policies & procedures.
• To audit daily adjustment logs to ensure that all dockets have been completed correctly in accordance with the internal policy and procedures, and report discrepancies to senior management.
• Perform audit of charges to city ledger and credit card companies before forwarding them to the accounts receivables.
• Perform daily review of guest ledger balances and research and investigate any anomalies in movement of accounts.
• Ensures the trial balance reconciles between Opera, symphony and GPD.
• To support the Chief Accountant with any ad hoc projects and duties as required.

What you’ll bring

• You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
• High level of computer literacy: MS Office, GPD, Opera, Micros
• It is desirable that the person is studying towards the achievement of a professional accounting qualification: CIMA, ACCA, ACA
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
• You will ideally have 2 years extensive experience as an Income Auditor in a 5-star luxury establishment.
