Human Resource Officer Full Time

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a proactive individual with strong HR knowledge and the ability to manage various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations and handle HR-related queries and issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations.
• Administer HRIS for employee data management, benefits, and payroll processing.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Generate and analyze HR reports for management to support strategic planning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience: 2-4 years in HR roles, preferably within the UAE.
3. Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS; strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR practices, UAE labor laws, and regulations.
5. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with discretion in handling confidential information.
6. Certifications: HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
7. Analytical Skills: Experience in HR analytics and reporting.
