HSE Officers Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and standards on-site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols in line with ADNOC and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Deliver safety training and awareness sessions to the workforce.
• Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with project management and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HSE practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE as an HSE Officer, preferably in construction.
• At least 1 year of ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, ADNOC standards, and construction safety protocols.
• Offshore experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage on-site safety effectively.
• Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is an advantage.
