HSE Officer Full Time
Al Rashid – EM Steel is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental policies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HSE regulations and be able to ensure workplace safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections.
Ensure compliance with UAE safety laws and industry standards.
Deliver safety training and awareness programs for employees.
Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Monitor the use of safety equipment and PPE compliance.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities and maintain HSE documentation.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
NEBOSH certification is required.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk assessment procedures.
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to safety concerns.
Immediate joiners preferred.
