HSE Officer Full Time
Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to ensure workplace safety and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining a secure work environment and minimizing risks across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company safety standards.
- Investigate workplace incidents, report findings, and recommend corrective actions.
- Organize safety training programs and awareness campaigns for employees.
- Maintain and update HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with management to promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
