HSE Officer Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Officer to join our Ventures Division in the UAE. The role involves ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting risk assessments, and implementing HSE best practices across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with local and international regulations.

• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HSE regulations.

• Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions.

• Monitor and report HSE performance metrics to management.

• Collaborate with site teams to promote a strong safety culture.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.

• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification is required.

• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and industry best practices.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
