HSE Officer Full Time

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the UAE, particularly in High-Rise/Mid-Rise buildings and Villas projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites, minimizing risks, and promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to safety standards and procedures on-site.
• Provide safety inductions and training for all site personnel.
• Inspect and maintain safety equipment and ensure proper use.
• Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near misses.
• Implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of hazards.
• Liaise with government authorities and external agencies regarding safety and compliance matters.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation for internal audits and regulatory inspections.
• Promote a safety culture and continuously improve safety standards.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH and IOSH certifications (mandatory).
• Minimum 4-5 years of UAE experience in HSE, specifically in High-Rise/Mid-Rise buildings or Villas projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
