HSE Manager Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager with a background in Data Center construction projects to ensure the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our construction site.




Job Responsibility

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures specific to Data Center construction projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate training programs for staff and subcontractors on HSE guidelines and best practices.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to promote a safety culture and drive continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HSE Manager in Data Center construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively train and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
