HR Officer / HR Generalist Full Time

Job Summary

Kinz Group FZE is seeking a female HR Officer / HR Generalist for a marine industry client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have HR experience in the marine sector, strong knowledge of HR policies, and an HR certification. This role involves handling HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

• Oversee daily HR functions, including employee records management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and marine industry regulations.

• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of top talent in the marine sector.

• Conduct interviews, background checks, and onboarding of new employees.

• Coordinate with department heads to assess workforce needs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Handle employee queries and concerns, providing HR support and conflict resolution.

• Organize employee engagement activities and implement strategies to improve workplace morale.

• Conduct performance evaluations and assist in training and development programs.

HR Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and reports.

• Prepare reports related to headcount, turnover, and HR analytics.

• Assist in processing visa applications and work permits for employees.

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in the marine industry (UAE experience preferred).

Education & Certification:

• HR certification is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
