HR Officer Full Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our fast-paced team in the UAE. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE labor and immigration laws, demonstrated expertise in HR management, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and handle immigration-related tasks.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support management with HR best practices, including training, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience within the UAE.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
3. Certification: CHRP, CIPD, or similar HR certification is a plus.
4. Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
5. Skills: Strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws.
6. Availability: Immediate joiners will be given preference.
