Role Overview

KTC International is looking for an experienced HR Executive to oversee critical HR functions, including payroll management, leave administration, and employee relations. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in the construction industry and comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Handle leave management and maintain accurate employee records.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes as needed.
• Monitor and implement HR best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

• 8–10 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
