Job Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Process employee requests and handle HR-related inquiries efficiently.
Support recruitment efforts, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Manage payroll processing, AD Pension, and ERP-related tasks.
Prepare HR reports and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
2 to 4 years of HR experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, payroll systems, and other HR functions.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Must be available for immediate joining.
