We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive with 2–3 years of UAE experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions and administrative duties in compliance with UAE labor laws, ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
Facilitate employee onboarding, including visa processing, medical checks, and labor contract arrangements in line with UAE regulations.
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and Emiratization policies.
Handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Oversee HR administrative tasks, including employee file management and documentation.
Process and manage monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary, tax, insurance, and statutory deductions.
Administer end-of-service benefit calculations and ensure compliance with UAE gratuity regulations.
Coordinate leave management, interview scheduling, and HR documentation.
Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees regarding policies, benefits, and payroll.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of HR and administrative experience in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processing, and payroll practices.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
