Hotel Cleanliness Expert Full Time

Position Summary:

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa, you will be a vital part of delivering a memorable and unique experience for our guests. This role goes beyond traditional housekeeping duties, requiring a proactive approach to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the entire hotel. From guest rooms to public areas, you will ensure every space meets our high standards of quality and contributes to an exceptional guest experience.




Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel spaces, ensuring they meet or exceed cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver excellent service tailored to their needs.
• Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies as needed for daily operations.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues to ensure guest safety and comfort.
• Uphold company policies, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Stay mobile and active throughout the shift, maintaining high energy and professionalism.
• Perform additional duties as requested to support the smooth operation of the housekeeping team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior housekeeping or similar experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and handle repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the team and the hotel.
