Health & Safety Manager Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Manager for one of our client to be based out of their Dubai office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver health and safety training programs for employees at all levels. Conduct safety orientations for employees, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments provide ongoing training to raise awareness and promote safe practices.
• Stay updated on relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry-specific requirements.
• Implement corrective measures to address any deficiencies or non-compliance.
• Provide technical help to HSE for closure of open observations and audits.
• Familiarity with workplace risk management and compliance auditing.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and safety management software.

• 3 to 5 years experience in a health and safety management role in UAE, with MEA region is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field.
• Professional certification  (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP, Environmental Sustainability) is highly desirable.
