Your role is to ensure every interaction is seamless, personalized, and unforgettable. From guiding guests through check-in and check-out to sharing local insights, you’ll make every moment part of their unique journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Services: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
• Personalized Interactions: Take initiative to understand guests’ preferences and anticipate their needs.
• Operational Support: Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• Local Expertise: Provide guests with information about local attractions, events, and dining options.
• Problem Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and ensure their satisfaction.
• Physical Tasks: Assist with luggage handling and ensure the safe transfer of guest belongings.

Requirements

• Experience:
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Physical Abilities:
  • Comfortable with standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 23 kg independently and heavier items with assistance.
• Appearance and Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and uniform at all times.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies, ensure confidentiality, and uphold safety and quality standards.
