Graduate HR Executive Full Time

As a Graduate HR Executive, your role will be to support and contribute to the day2day activities within HR Operations, this will include project management of several key HR projects, to ensure the HR Department’s success in meeting its short- and long-term goals.




In this role, you will:

• Support, plan, coordinate and execute multiple HR projects, programs, and activities to improve processes and services.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues in different streams in the HR department to improve and futureproof processes and systems in their areas.
• Map all processes within the HR department and interactions with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
• Any other duties as determined from time to time, this will include visa processing, onboarding paperwork, HR administration, event coordination and employee engagement

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in the HR field or a respective HR qualification e.g., CIPD
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working in the field of HR
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Proficient with Google workspace
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressured, deadline driven environment whilst maintaining focus on quality and attention to detail
• Skilled at balancing competing priorities
• Effective communication skills
• Expert organiser
• Analytical problem-solver
• Track record of being flexible, resilient, and reliable
• High degree of initiative
