Finance Specialist Full Time

As a Finance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, maintaining master data, and enhancing operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to optimize processes, improve customer experience, and reconcile receivable accounts. Additionally, this role provides opportunities to drive automation and dynamic process improvements while contributing to Hilti’s financial strategy and compliance.




Key Responsibilities:

• Execute accurate and timely invoicing for customers.
• Maintain master data, create management information systems (MIS) reports, and archive documents.
• Drive process improvements, focusing on automation and efficiency.
• Engage with customers to understand their payables systems and propose viable solutions.
• Reconcile receivable accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance.
• Support tax compliance and financial analysis initiatives.

What You Need:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Competence in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to make informed decisions independently.
• High learning agility and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• UAE National with a Family Book (Emiratisation role).
