Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Process invoices, expense reimbursements, and vendor payments in accordance with company policies.
• Reconcile financial records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Verify vendor details and invoice accuracy to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Handle payments via checks, online transfers, and other methods.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain accurate vendor files.
• Provide required documentation and reports for audits.
• Track and monitor expenses, helping identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts payable or finance-related roles (preferably in the hospitality sector).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
