Driver Full Time

Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a dependable and skilled Driver to support our operations in Dubai. This role is critical to ensuring timely, safe, and professional transportation services, making moving and logistics seamless for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Transportation: Drive vehicles to transport goods and clients’ belongings securely and efficiently between locations, ensuring all items are safely handled and protected.
• Loading and Unloading: Assist with the loading and unloading of items from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and stacking to prevent damage during transit.
• Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to optimize time and fuel consumption, adjusting for traffic and weather conditions.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance, such as inspecting brakes, tires, oil, and lights, to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel, and maintenance activities, submitting reports as required.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service during pick-up and delivery, communicating courteously with clients and responding to any questions.
• Adherence to Regulations: Comply with all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure safe and efficient driving practices.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License: Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license for light or heavy vehicles, as required.
• Experience: Previous experience as a driver in logistics, moving, or a similar field is preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, carrying, and loading items.
• Knowledge of Dubai Routes: Familiarity with the Dubai road network and traffic patterns.
• Reliability: Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and dedication to ensuring client satisfaction.
• Communication Skills: Basic proficiency in English for clear interaction with clients and team members.
