Document Controller Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all documentation related to MOD/BEX projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.






• Utilize workflow systems to track, store, and distribute project documents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to maintain updated records.
• Ensure project documentation aligns with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Support project teams in administrative tasks and documentation audits.
• Implement and maintain Otis’s standard procedures for document control.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school education is required; a BA/BS degree is preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (at least 5 years).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in document control software and systems.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in elevator and building trades is advantageous.
• Safety-oriented mindset and the ability to work in dynamic, team-oriented environments.
