Debt Collector Full Time


Sunshine Solutions is looking for an experienced Debt Collector to join our Banking Debt Collections Process team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in banking debt collections, preferably within an agency, and should currently be based in the UAE.


Key Responsibilities:

 Contact customers with overdue payments and negotiate repayment terms.
 Follow up on outstanding debts through calls, emails, and official notices.
 Maintain accurate records of debt collection activities.
 Work within the guidelines of UAE banking and financial regulations.
 Collaborate with team members to improve collection efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Must be currently in the UAE.
  • Experience in banking debt collections is mandatory.
  • Prior experience working in a collection agency is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • All nationalities are welcome to apply.
