About the Role

AD Ports Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join Noatum Logistics in Abu Dhabi. This role is essential in ensuring smooth logistics operations by handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing top-tier service to clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute logistics administrative tasks, including processing inbound/outbound jobs and managing truck documentation, while meeting strict deadlines.
• Prepare and send accurate daily activity reports (GRN, Dispatch, Transportation) to ensure effective communication of operational activities.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in line with company standards, ensuring client satisfaction and safeguarding company interests.
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide updates on container planning, ASN issues, order management, and IT-related concerns.
• Serve as the primary administrative contact for clients, ensuring continuity of business support and timely submission of performance reports.
• Maintain proper record management systems, ensuring documents are securely stored and transitioned into the electronic filing system for seamless access.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics-related software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
