Customer Service/Pricing Executive Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service/Pricing Executive to join our team in the freight forwarding industry. If you have a solid background in sea and air imports/exports, cross trades, and customer satisfaction, this is a great opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Send inquiries and RFQs (Request for Quotations) to overseas agents and local carriers.

• Maintain prompt and clear communication with overseas and local partners to ensure effective coordination.

• Oversee shipments from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth handling and timely delivery.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

• Ensure that pricing information is accurately managed and communicated to customers.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the freight forwarding industry.

• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sea and air imports/exports and cross trades (Air/Sea/Land).

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.

  • Excellent planning skills with a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
