Roles & Responsibilities

Order Management & Logistics

• Process customer purchase orders (POs) via SAP






• Create factory POs and ensure compliance with Getinge standards
• Approve margins and send order confirmations to customers
• Prepare and submit shipping documents, including original documents via DHL
• Arrange and receive local shipments, ensuring proper storage

Financial & Compliance Support

• Calculate margins, discounts, and shipping charges
• Handle invoicing, credit notes, and LC document preparation
• Ensure accurate export declarations for UAE shipments
• Manage backlog updates and invoicing performance reports

Customer & Stakeholder Coordination

• Address customer inquiries on pricing, HS codes, and order statuses
• Conduct regular calls with customers and factories for open issues and planning
• Support Sales and Service teams with order-related matters
• Manage RMA/returns, FSCA cases, and credit note follow-ups

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain and update key tracking files, including:
  • WIP File
  • Escalation File
  • Customer & Factory Complaints Tracker
  • Order Log & LC Tracker
  • Orders Not in SAP & Awaiting Pickup
• Provide monthly open order reports to customers

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field

3+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management

SAP expertise and experience in IDOC issue resolution

Strong understanding of export/import regulations and documentation

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
