Customer Service Executive Full Time

Position Overview:

P&I Logistics is seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Executive with expertise in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities and excel in providing exceptional support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics operations.
• Maintain and update records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Prepare and provide quotes, shipping schedules, and delivery updates.
• Handle customer complaints and work towards effective solutions.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a freight forwarding company.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
