The Counter Sales Associate is responsible for selling displayed food items, managing counter operations, and ensuring all customer orders are accurately prepared and served on time.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
  • Greet and serve walk-in customers, offering exceptional service and product knowledge while adhering to company procedures.
• Order Management:
  • Process orders from waitstaff, organize them per service standards, and deliver promptly within designated serving times.
  • Receive and prepare takeaway orders, ensuring proper packaging and accommodating special requests.
• Stock and Display Management:
  • Receive daily orders, verify items against order specifications, and arrange them attractively in the display fridge.
  • Maintain regular restocking, ensuring hygiene and presentation standards are upheld.
• Cash Handling:
  • Process cash payments, including exchanges and transactions, following established company policies.
• Operational Support:
  • Participate in opening and closing duties in compliance with operational norms.
  • Document and report records such as daily training logs, taste panels, and wastage forms.
  • Communicate operational details to the team, ensuring a smooth handover documented in the logbook.
• Hygiene and Cleanliness:
  • Implement hygiene practices, including the “Clean as you go” policy and regular sanitization of counter displays.
• Inventory Management:
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks for disposable items (consumables).

Qualifications:

Language & Technical Skills:

• Fluency in English is required.

Education:

• High school degree.

Experience:

• 0–1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
