As Commis II – Garde Manger, we rely on you to:
- Support the Cold Kitchen operation
- Oversee all food preparation of the Cold section
- Consistently deliver and maintain the highest food quality and sanitation standards
- Ensure kitchen equipments are well maintained and operational
We are looking for someone who:
- Diploma / Certification in Culinary or equivalent
- Experience in a luxury hotel / Banquets
- Passionate, creative and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
